Title: Production Designer & Admin Assistant – Entry Level

Description: This is a part-time contract & hourly-based position with 10-15 hours of work/week on average. We are looking for someone who would be able to provide 24-hour turnaround time on certain tasks M-F (other tasks will have set due dates and you can work on them in your own time).

While 100% remote, this position is open to continental US applicants only. We are based in EST so availability during our business hours of 9am – 5pm EST is preferred but not required.

Structure: 1099 Subcontractor

  • 10-15 hrs/week on average – hours can be flexed between different days as needed

  • If you work fewer hours in one month the hours do not roll over to the next month

  • If there are more than 15 hrs/week of work for you in a given month due to client deadlines, it will be up to you to communicate with me about your availability and bandwidth to complete tasks

  • You or I can “cancel” or request a reevaluation anytime with four weeks notice, and negotiate a restructure or simply walk away.

  • Start date: June 2025

  • Pay: Part-time hourly, based on hours worked. 10–15 hrs/week, 40-60 hrs/month on average – $18-24/hr. based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Production Design & Copy

    • MWS presentation template design (create and populate with pre-designed brand element)

    • Brand elements export & organization (exporting brand elements in multiple colorways and file formats and organizing them in a Brand Identity Package folder)

    • Brand mockup creation in Photoshop (using our mockup library and brand assets to create examples of brand elements "in the wild")

    • Create, export, and organize social media graphics for posting for MWS (either as a draft in IG or posting in Pinterest) with our pre-designed templates, OR designing new templates as needed for social media. These would be for Instagram and Pinterest and could include static graphics or video graphics (story Pins, reels, etc.)

    • Write copy for IG posts, blog posts, and pins

    • Prepare, compress, export, name, and upload assets for web design projects

    • Design branded client gifts and collateral to elevate the MWS client experience

    • Select stock photos / curate client photos for brand/web projects

    • Other various design tasks to support the business operations of MWS

  • Engagement

    • Track, update, & manage the MWS lead list

    • Perform targeted engagement on Instagram with good-fit potential clients, targeting minimum of 60 potential client accounts/week (i.e. liking posts, leaving thoughtful and specific comments, responding to stories in DMs, reaching out to new followers via DM to start conversations, following/reaching out to potential leads via DM to start conversations, DM cleanups (responding to/furthering all open DM conversations), notifying me of leads in DMs needing more specific attention)

    • Track & report monthly on MWS social media analytics, provide recommendations on types of content/posting times that perform well or are underperforming

  • Admin Management & Social Media

    • Inquiry/proposal email follow up

    • Email follow up with current clients on due dates for onboarding homework, questionnaires, booking calls, feedback, etc.

    • Onboard & offboard MWS clients

    • Research into social media/content creation best practices

    • Manage software/plugins for MWS website (i.e. CRM embed, IG connection, email marketing, etc.)

    • Track & report on analytics for social media and MWS website

    • Organize parts of the MWS Notion/CRM or other management/organization software

    • Plan, organize and create content for the MWS content calendar using CapCut

    • Populate, choose imagery, and schedule blog posts and emails

    • Other admin tasks for MWS
